Vandine Construction Inc. is registered in British Columbia as a Licensed Residential Builder and General Contractor. As members of National Home Warranty we supply a 2/5/10 year warranty on all new home construction. Our list of services also includes general contracting of projects that aren’t residential homes. Foundations, framing, renovations, light commercial and other types of carpentry.

The team at Vandine Construction Inc. has a vast knowledge of the Cowichan Valley, the community, suppliers, trades and municipal offices. Having built relationships in the valley with these different people gives us an edge.

We are passionate about what we do and because of that we do it well. We care about our clients being happy with their project start to finish.

Dave and his crew did an excellent job on our custom home. Right from the beginning Dave was knowledgeable and professional. This was a large project plus we had a Carriage House built. He has awesome trades that he works with. Dave is super organised and completed our houses on schedule as promised.
